Lead domestic and international M&A tax engagements, including tax due diligence, deal structuring, post-merger integration, tax modeling, merger agreement reviews, and tax opinion memorandums. Advise clients on Subchapter C, Subchapter K, and inbound and outbound international tax matters. Partner with senior leaders on business development, manage multiple engagements and budgets, and mentor Associates and Senior Associates while ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
