Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO by leading government engagement, policy strategy, executive briefings, stakeholder relationships, and cross-functional coordination. Prepare the CEO for meetings with Congress, agencies, and industry leaders; track legislative developments; synthesize risks and opportunities; translate government priorities into internal action plans; and maintain execution momentum in fast-moving, sensitive situations. Requires strong public-sector fluency, executive presence, writing, judgment, and willingness to travel extensively.

Manages the CEO’s incoming and outgoing correspondence, including drafting, editing, proofreading, formatting, printing, and sending letters and emails. Maintains executive contacts, tracks correspondence history and follow-ups, and handles confidential information with discretion. The role requires exceptional executive writing, precision, organization, sound judgment, and experience supporting senior leaders or high-stakes external relationships.

Architect, build, operate, and scale a mission-critical real-time platform that uses AI and streaming video to detect roadway hazards. The Systems Engineer will ensure reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence across infrastructure, data pipelines, AI systems, applications, sensors, compute, and physical hardware. Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, ML model optimization, metadata schema design, streaming data and video integration, messaging frameworks, testability, cloud infrastructure, and resilient system architecture.
