Supports employees and leaders across HR policies, onboarding, employee relations, leave and benefits administration, HRIS updates, performance management, training, compliance, safety, engagement, recruiting, and employee orientation. Partners with corporate HR, staffing agencies, and site leadership while improving HR processes and maintaining visibility on the manufacturing floor.

Develops and executes sourcing strategies for metals, electronics, packaging, and assembly parts. Leads supplier negotiations, commodity strategy, KPI scorecards, risk management, compliance, cost savings reporting, supplier development, and shortage resolution. Partners with Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Product Management, and Planning to improve cost, quality, delivery, resilience, and supplier performance. The role is hybrid in Anaheim, California, with up to 20% travel.

Supervise production-floor quality control operations, inspection teams, testing, audits, nonconformance resolution, customer complaint investigations, corrective actions, RMA processing, and continuous improvement. Ensure ISO 9001 compliance, train quality personnel, coordinate with engineering and operations, and promote lean waste elimination while maintaining product and customer-specification standards.
