Develops and optimizes manufacturing processes to improve production output, quality, efficiency, and cost. Analyzes production data, identifies bottlenecks, recommends equipment and workflow improvements, designs testing methods, calculates production costs, prepares process reports, maintains product information systems, supports manufacturing projects, ensures regulatory compliance, and trains technicians.

Supports employees and leaders across HR policies, employee relations, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, HRIS updates, performance management, training, compliance, safety, workers’ compensation, engagement, and recruitment of hourly associates. Provides orientations, partners with staffing agencies and Corporate HR, maintains employee data, supports continuous improvement, and builds trust with manufacturing-site employees across shifts.

Supports sales managers and customers by completing sales orders, managing CRM and ERP records, responding to order and inventory inquiries, expediting orders, following up on quotes, resolving complaints, and recommending product solutions. The role also assists with account administration, customer qualification, cross-functional sales coordination, product training, and strategic initiatives. It requires at least three years of sales support or inside sales experience and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
