Lead demand planning and S&OP processes, develop inventory strategies, create accurate forecasts, align supply with demand, analyze data to improve forecast accuracy, manage inventory turnover and production commitments, and collaborate with sales, procurement, and manufacturing to meet service and working capital targets.

Provide on-site and remote advanced IT support for users and manufacturing operations, troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, OT/IoT devices, managing cybersecurity vulnerabilities, performing setups and inventory, coordinating vendors, and supporting employee onboarding and IT maintenance.

Lead site HR functions for the Data Center Power and Control division: manage employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, coach managers, and oversee HR team operations to support business growth and employee experience.
