Supports Sales Executives with quote preparation, RFQs, proposals, customer follow-up, lead qualification, account coordination, order entry, and CRM record maintenance. Provides product information, coordinates communication across internal teams, tracks sales opportunities, and assists with trade shows, process improvements, and commercial administrative tasks.

The Marketing Manager plans and executes B2B demand-generation campaigns across email, social, paid retargeting, industry sites, and trade shows. Responsibilities include lead nurturing, HubSpot workflow development, sales enablement, event campaign management, CRM coordination, performance reporting, attribution, and optimization. The role partners with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative Services, and Digital Commerce to generate qualified leads, support pipeline growth, and improve campaign effectiveness.

Supports HR and payroll operations, including biweekly payroll processing, employee record maintenance, onboarding and offboarding, I-9 compliance, benefits administration, recruitment support, employee inquiries, and engagement events. Uses ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office while maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation. Coordinates HR activities across locations and travels quarterly to the San Antonio facility.
