Lead strategic, hands-on Professional Services engagements to integrate LaunchDarkly into AI-powered systems. Implement feature-gated AI rollouts, guardrails, kill switches, and experimentation; build reference implementations and production integrations; advise engineering and platform teams; gather requirements and escalate complex issues; share feedback with Product and Engineering.

Lead Professional Services engagements to help customers adopt and operationalize AI-powered systems using LaunchDarkly. Design and implement safe rollout patterns, build production-quality integrations and prototypes, instrument inference-time and workflow-level decision points, and advise on DevOps/CI/CD, experimentation, and AI governance. Travel ~20%.
