Lead company-wide strategy and operating cadence directly with the CEO. Manage customer support, product operations, and compliance operations; own planning, goals, service levels, executive workstreams, board materials, and cross-functional execution. Analyze corridor economics, pricing, partner performance, market entry, and build-versus-buy decisions. Support product prioritization and competitive positioning while ensuring operations scale within regulated payments and fintech environments.

Owns new-business sales for a payments fintech, including sourcing, qualification, technical discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Builds pipeline without SDR support, develops the sales playbook, activates industry relationships, and provides product feedback. The role sells payment infrastructure to technical buyers across fintech, marketplaces, crypto, and related industries, while representing the company at conferences and partner meetings.

Own the product function end to end, including roadmap strategy, customer discovery, technical specifications, launches, APIs, payment rails, ledgering, partner integrations, and regulatory-driven product decisions. The role requires close collaboration with founders, engineers, compliance teams, banks, and fintech partners. This hands-on leader will establish product processes, support go-to-market efforts, and eventually build the product organization.
