Leads biological resource surveys, habitat assessments, special-status species investigations, vegetation mapping, jurisdictional delineations, permitting support, biological monitoring, restoration monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Coordinates field teams and project managers, prepares agency permit applications, supports infrastructure and utility projects, and conducts fieldwork at remote construction sites. Requires Southern California biological consulting experience, knowledge of environmental regulations, GIS and GPS data collection skills, and strong technical writing and communication abilities.

Conduct biological surveys, wetland delineations, habitat assessments, restoration monitoring, construction compliance monitoring, stormwater reporting, and field data collection. Research natural-resource requirements, support environmental permitting, and prepare technical reports. The role requires biological field experience, knowledge of environmental regulations, GIS and GPS tools, independent work in remote environments, and strong communication and reporting skills.

Provides first-level technical support for AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related engineering software. Troubleshoots user issues, answers technical questions, maintains helpdesk documentation, develops training materials, researches emerging technologies, and supports firm-wide adoption of design technologies. Requires civil engineering workflow knowledge, strong AutoCAD drafting expertise, effective communication, and the ability to travel between company offices.
