Evaluate and improve legacy consumer products by partnering with designers, engineers, vendors and supply chain. Validate manufacturing partners, drive product improvement concepts, monitor timelines and inventory, communicate risks and updates, and ensure quality and customer-focused functionality.

The Proposal Writer will develop proposals that win contracts, collaborate with various stakeholders, and manage multiple projects while ensuring clarity and persuasiveness in responses.

Lead complex cross-functional global sourcing projects, manage domestic and import vendors (including China suppliers), resolve supplier issues (quality, cost, lead times, backorders), drive negotiations and pricing initiatives, support vendor onboarding and ERP implementations, and act as subject matter expert guiding colleagues and improving sourcing processes.
