Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls, build relationships with schools and childcare centers, generate new and repeat business, deliver virtual product presentations, meet sales quotas, research education trends and funding opportunities, and collaborate with outside sales, retail, professional services, and leadership to execute sales strategies.

Develops persuasive RFP and bid responses, creates and maintains proposal templates and content libraries, establishes visual standards with design, improves proposal processes, and leads concurrent bids from kickoff through submission. The role coordinates Sales, Creative, leadership, and subject-matter experts while ensuring compliant, accurate, consistent, and polished final responses.

Leads operational improvement initiatives across distribution centers and transportation networks, managing scope, timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and post-launch measurement. Builds analytical models using Excel, SQL, and Python/VBA to analyze operational data, automate workflows, create reporting solutions, identify root causes, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
