Sell furniture, accessories, design services, and related products in a showroom environment. Build customer relationships, conduct needs discovery, present customized designs, close sales, coordinate home consultations and deliveries, resolve customer issues, maintain product knowledge, and support showroom operations. The role includes training, customer follow-up, order processing, store opening and closing, and assisting with peer development.

Leads showroom sales performance by achieving individual and store goals, coaching and developing sales staff, recruiting and mentoring team members, and delivering a premium customer experience. Supports the store manager with brand advocacy, visual standards, promotions, events, operational procedures, customer issue resolution, and sales process oversight. Requires retail sales experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication, financial understanding, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
