Provide exceptional customer service while assisting the pharmacy team: counsel customers, recommend OTC medications, accurately input and dispense prescriptions, process insurance, contact prescribers, assist with immunizations under pharmacist supervision, maintain cleanliness and safety, manage inventory and incoming orders, and report incidents.

Provide customer-focused pharmacy services including counseling, processing and dispensing prescriptions, entering patient data, handling insurance authorizations, assisting with OTC recommendations, stocking and maintaining inventory, and administering immunizations under pharmacist supervision while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.

Supervise and support front-end operations to deliver excellent customer service, maintain safety and food standards, manage cash and scheduling, monitor inventory and store financials, and step in as acting store leader when needed.
