Supervise and support front-end retail operations, including associate scheduling, customer service, cash control, inventory replenishment, safety compliance, quality standards, and department action plans. Assist the Customer 1st Manager with sales and profit goals, maintain store conditions, and assume responsibility for the entire store when senior managers are absent. Resolve customer and business issues while promoting teamwork, integrity, and excellent service.

Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Balance daily cash and paper assets, prepare deposits, complete sales and cash reports, maintain Kronos timekeeping, finalize weekly payroll, handle customer and associate inquiries, and assist management with administrative duties. Follow policies for financial services, report discrepancies and safety issues, and support compliance with company guidelines.
