Own Kraken Pro’s global onboarding experience from first landing through first trade. Analyze onboarding funnels, identify friction and drop-off points, improve UX, build customer trust, and accelerate activation. Partner with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to ship improvements. Use AI to analyze data, predict churn, personalize onboarding, and improve messaging.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO office in a Co-CEO model: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel (commercial and private aviation), prepare briefing materials, oversee budgets/expenses, track projects and events, and liaise with stakeholders to streamline executive operations.
