Lead process integration and optimization for high-volume MLCC manufacturing. Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet yield, scrap, and OTTP targets, analyze process data for troubleshooting, manage capital and automation projects, and track key metrics (SPC, process capability). Support equipment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead on-site MLCC manufacturing operations to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Yield, and Cost targets. Drive continuous improvement, lean and Six Sigma initiatives, collaborate with R&D for product scale-up, optimize systems (Oracle/BOM), manage P&L and inventory turns, and build a high-performing, bilingual English-Spanish team to execute strategic operational plans.
