Teams at KNAPP

Manages complex warehouse automation projects during on-site installation and commissioning. Oversees subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, customer communication, testing, acceptance, training, documentation, change orders, resources, supplies, and risk escalation. Serves as the primary customer and internal project interface, leads site coordination meetings, tracks milestones and costs, and supports system maintenance and service activities.

Manages on-site warehouse automation project execution, including safety, quality, schedules, vendors, deliveries, testing, customer acceptance, commissioning, training, reporting, documentation, and issue escalation. Serves as the primary customer interface, coordinates installation and startup teams, tracks risks and milestones, manages supplies and equipment, and supports maintenance and change-order activities. The role requires independent work at customer sites and 100% travel.

Lead on-site safety for warehouse automation installations: conduct risk assessments and audits, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety rules, issue permits and disciplinary actions, maintain safety reporting and training, and ensure regulatory compliance.
