Lead end-to-end strategic, post-sale technical engagements for enterprise customers: scope SOWs, design scalable Klaviyo and martech solutions, drive implementations, troubleshoot critical issues, mentor peers, and codify repeatable solutions while maintaining operational rigor and leveraging AI to improve workflows.

Lead and scale a team of front-line sales leaders and account executives for large enterprise accounts ($500M+), drive land-and-expand strategy, forecast and maintain Salesforce hygiene, partner cross-functionally, coach managers and reps, support complex deal negotiations, and apply AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.

This role involves managing large enterprise accounts, executing sales strategies, and closing multi-million dollar opportunities with top-tier brands. A focus on consultative selling and relationship building with executive stakeholders is key.
