Lead and scale manufacturing for solid-state thin-film batteries, driving manufacturing strategy, NPI, yield and quality improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Implement continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), ensure manufacturing readiness and compliance, resolve failure modes, and build technical leadership and talent across operations.

Responsible for ensuring products, software, and business activities comply with international trade regulations. Perform technical reviews to determine ECCNs and HTS classifications, analyze BOMs and technical documentation, partner with engineering and supply chain to support licensing, automation, and classification processes, and provide training and guidance across the enterprise.
