Manages merchandise flow from delivery to the retail sales floor, maintaining organized back-of-house areas and ensuring products are available for customers. Responsibilities include following operating procedures, supporting inventory counts, assisting visual merchandising initiatives, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and completing assigned tasks before or after store hours. Requires flexible availability, retail operations experience, basic computer skills, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Provides concierge-level customer service in a retail store by greeting customers, operating registers, processing returns, supporting Client Advisors, replenishing merchandise, organizing stockrooms, maintaining visual standards, completing inventory tasks, and assisting with store operations. Requires flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and special releases, plus the ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Leads back-of-house retail operations, including shipment receiving, stockroom organization, replenishment, inventory audits, transfers, and delivery reporting. Supervises and trains stock associates, tracks productivity, communicates daily priorities, manages supplies, and partners with warehouse, headquarters, merchandising, and store leadership. Supports physical inventories, visual initiatives, housekeeping, and overall operational efficiency. Requires flexible availability, retail and apparel operations experience, physical mobility, and the ability to lift 25 pounds.
