The Customer Experience Supervisor leads in-store operations, coaches sales staff, enhances customer engagement, and supports store management to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The Customer Experience Associate provides exceptional customer service, operates cash registers, assists with store operations, and maintains visual standards, adapting quickly to business needs.

Support store operations by managing merchandise flow from delivery to sales floor, maintaining back-of-house organization and cleanliness, assisting inventory counts and visual merchandising, and providing timely, friendly support to customers and store teams.

Lead and coach the sales team to deliver elevated in-store experiences, support daily store operations, and execute customer engagement initiatives. Supervise and train stock associates; manage receiving, replenishment, shipping/receiving, inventory audits, and stockroom organization. Track productivity, support merchandising and housekeeping, and coordinate with Warehouse and HQ.

The Operations Associate is responsible for the flow of merchandise, tasks streamlining the product cycle, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing customer service in a retail environment.

The Client Advisor provides exceptional customer service, fosters client relationships, supports store operations, and assists management in maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising.
