Provides behavioral consultation, assessment, intervention, and support for elementary and middle school students in general and special education settings. Conducts Functional Behavioral Assessments, develops Behavior Support and Intervention Plans, trains school staff, monitors interventions and data, participates in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings, collaborates with families and service providers, and supports positive behavioral practices across school sites.

Support daily school operations including logistics for field trips and events, facilities requests, student attendance and records, family and staff communications, enrollment support, basic health services, and office management to maintain a safe, organized school environment.

Leads equitable inclusion and special education practices across a regional charter school network. Builds capacity among school leaders and special education teams through coaching, professional development, and systems implementation. Ensures compliance with special education requirements, monitors IEP services and instructional outcomes, manages change initiatives, and develops regional team performance. The role also coordinates stakeholders, analyzes implementation data, and drives sustained improvements for students with disabilities.
