Support daily school operations including logistics for field trips and events, facilities requests, student attendance and records, family and staff communications, enrollment support, basic health services, and office management to maintain a safe, organized school environment.

Partner with the School Leader to drive academic achievement and a values-driven culture. Lead instruction and teacher development, manage behavior systems, plan and implement school priorities, run data-driven instruction, lead professional development, hire and develop staff, and support strategic planning to ensure student success.

Provide short- and long-term classroom coverage by following or creating lesson plans, maintaining classroom management, assigning and grading work, supervising students, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff to support student learning and well-being across one or multiple school sites.
