Outbound-focused Sales Development Representative responsible for generating pipeline through multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, short-form video), scheduling high-quality meetings, researching accounts, maintaining CRM data, collaborating with AEs/Marketing/Product, iterating messaging, and hitting monthly KPIs.

Lead and grow ecommerce channel, referral, and technology partnerships. Recruit and enable affiliate/agency partners, manage partner relationships and performance, represent the company at events, and collaborate with product/engineering to scope and launch integrations and go-to-market efforts.

Own customer relationships from Sales handoff through verified handoff to Customer Success. Audit account setup, guide customers through data configuration, registrations, integrations, and platform walkthroughs, document interactions, resolve or escalate issues, manage concurrent onboardings, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. Gather feedback and improve onboarding processes and adoption.
