Processes high volumes of legal and court documents, including e-filing, typing, data entry, proofreading, and contacting courts for case information. Supports attorneys in meeting strict filing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professional communication. The role is full-time and performed onsite in the Irvine office.

Assists the Staff Supervisor with daily management of the landlord-tenant department, including team coordination, coaching, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, reporting, issue resolution, and communication of departmental priorities. Serves as a key liaison between Department Leads, frontline staff, and senior leadership while supporting consistent client service and operational standards.

The Law and Motion Attorney will handle unlawful detainer litigation for landlord-tenant clients, including drafting motions, oppositions, trial briefs, and settlement agreements. Responsibilities include legal research, bankruptcy case advising, trial preparation, occasional court appearances, client communication, and business development at property management events. The role requires an active California Bar license, Central District admission, civil litigation knowledge, and strong research and writing skills.
