Represent clients in complex civil and employment litigation across California; research and draft motions and agreements; advise on employment law issues; manage caseloads, client communications, and court appearances; participate in business development and firm activities; work independently with mentorship and meet hourly billing expectations.

Represent clients in complex civil litigation including landlord-tenant, eviction, employment, and premises liability. Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and manage cases. Conduct phone/email/video consultations, litigate unlawful detainer trials across Southern California, make court appearances, and meet a 1650 billable hours annual goal while working independently and collaborating with mentors and support staff.

Provide first-level IT support and maintenance for desktops, servers, printers, and network equipment; monitor backups and antivirus; perform hardware/software installs, upgrades, and repairs; assist on IT projects and support internal clients in a fast-paced, on-site office environment.
