The role requires an active California Bar license, strong legal research and communication skills, and at least three years of relevant experience. Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, HUD, Section 8, tax credit housing, and rental housing is preferred.

Processes high volumes of legal and court documents, including e-filing, typing, data entry, proofreading, and contacting courts for case information. Supports attorneys in meeting strict filing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professional communication. The role is full-time and performed onsite in the Irvine office.

Assists the Staff Supervisor with daily management of the landlord-tenant department, including team coordination, coaching, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, reporting, issue resolution, and communication of departmental priorities. Serves as a key liaison between Department Leads, frontline staff, and senior leadership while supporting consistent client service and operational standards.
