Oversee operations, financial performance, safety, staffing, customer experience, and compliance across 5–10 parks. Lead and develop Park Managers, conduct regular assessments and audits, implement improvement plans, manage schedules and timekeeping, coordinate vendors and maintenance, address customer concerns, and support park openings and closings. The role requires frequent travel, weekend and holiday availability, and strong multi-unit leadership, communication, financial management, and operational skills.
