Frequent travel required for client meetings and events.

Lead client relationships for North American game development accounts, coordinate between Business Development, production, and delivery teams, track account health and action items, support renewals and growth, manage escalations, and improve account management practices to ensure high client satisfaction and smooth offshore collaborations.

Keywords Studios seeks experienced English Live Captioners for real-time captioning of various events and broadcasts.
