Identify sales opportunities, provide product training, ensure accurate pricing and data in systems, analyze sales trends, and support distributor and end-user engagement while traveling extensively to territory markets.

Lead and develop Keystone's ESCO sales channel and Territory Managers. Set strategy, drive sales execution, manage budgets, coach the team, oversee CRM and pipeline, strengthen partner relationships, guide pricing and competitive positioning, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow profitable ESCO, contractor, and distributor business. Frequent travel to support field coaching and customer engagement.
