Conduct fundamental research on U.S. small- and mid-cap companies, evaluate business quality and competitive advantages, analyze financial statements and valuations, generate investment ideas, and prepare research reports and recommendations. Present findings to portfolio managers, monitor holdings, engage with company and industry contacts, attend conferences, and collaborate with analysts on portfolio decisions and investment strategy.

Maintains and validates GIPS composites, supports annual GIPS verification, and produces daily through quarterly performance reports and analyses. Handles client reporting, custom analytics, performance and risk statistics, portfolio characteristics, attribution, and RFP/RFI data requests. The role documents procedures, improves reporting processes, supports special initiatives, and collaborates across the performance analytics and reporting team.

Owns the end-to-end production of investment collateral, coordinating Investments, Marketing, Compliance, and external vendors. Leads quarterly production cycles, manages timelines, approvals, version control, workflows, and delivery quality. Identifies risks and bottlenecks, improves processes, and introduces scalable tools, templates, automation, and standards. This individual contributor role requires strong project management, stakeholder communication, regulatory content review experience, and familiarity with investment materials.
