The Tax Manager oversees corporate tax provision, compliance, planning, reconciliations, estimated payments, tax filings, and global compliance calendars. The role coordinates with external tax advisors, supports R&D tax credit studies, researches tax laws, and partners with finance, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.

Manage corporate tax provision (ASC 740), prepare and review tax reconciliations and returns (US, state, international), coordinate external advisors, maintain global compliance calendar, calculate estimated payments, and support R&D tax credit studies.
