Own and scale Karbon’s global talent acquisition function as a player-coach. Lead recruiters, personally close roles, establish data-driven forecasting and performance systems, improve candidate experience and processes, and provide executive visibility into recruiting KPIs. Partner with leaders to align hiring priorities, coach the team, maintain high talent standards, manage recruiting vendors, and integrate AI tools to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.

Manage the full SaaS sales cycle for mid-market accounting firms, including prospecting, lead qualification, outbound engagement, discovery, demonstrations, pipeline development, forecasting, and closing new business. Use consultative selling to communicate Karbon’s value, maintain accurate Salesforce and Gong records, and leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini for research and follow-up. The role is remote within the United States and requires consistently exceeding quota.
