The Assistant General Counsel will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, ensure legal compliance, manage the contract lifecycle, and provide legal advice across the company, focusing on financial services and lending regulations.

Lead design, implementation, hardening, and support of hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure (primarily Azure). Serve as escalation point for complex incidents, enforce IAM and Zero Trust, automate via IaC and scripting, manage virtualization, backups, DR, security posture and compliance (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, SOX), and mentor junior staff.

Serve as liaison between Channel Sales and ISO/MRP partners providing daily sales and partner support, onboarding, Salesforce record management, partner communications, underwriting and submission assistance, recertification oversight, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to drive partner originations and ensure timely, compliant processes.
