Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, payment administration, reconciliations, vendor records, financial controls, and client expense accounting. Lead and develop the AP team, support audits and financial close, ensure accurate coding and timely payments, and collaborate with Finance, Billing, Procurement, attorneys, and administrative teams. Drive process improvements, reporting, risk management, and system enhancements while protecting confidential financial and client information.
