Requires an unrestricted RN license, infusion healthcare experience, and strong collaboration skills; sales experience is preferred.

Leads national strategic partnership and enterprise growth strategies with health systems, physician organizations, payers, and other healthcare partners. Builds executive relationships, negotiates affiliations and business agreements, expands referral channels and ambulatory infusion services, and supports site-of-care optimization. Oversees strategic partnerships and business development teams while collaborating across managed care, clinical, pharmacy, operations, and executive leadership. Evaluates acquisitions, joint ventures, reimbursement strategies, and market opportunities to drive growth and improve patient access.
