Temporary Recruiter covering maternity leave and managing full-cycle recruiting across technical and creative roles. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, hiring-manager partnership, recruiting progress reporting, and maintaining accurate records in Greenhouse.

Coordinates influencer relations programs, including creator identification, outreach, gifting, contracts, campaign logistics, reporting, database maintenance, and payment administration. Builds relationships with creators, stylists, agents, and internal partners while supporting global campaigns, retailer activations, and community engagement. Requires strong organization, communication, writing, social media interest, and 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Leads K18’s global integrated campaigns, go-to-market strategy, cultural partnerships, experiential activations, and brand moments. Translates business and brand priorities into breakthrough 360 campaigns, toolkits, and market guidance. Oversees campaign execution across internal teams, agencies, channels, retailers, distributors, and international markets while ensuring global consistency and local relevance. Builds partnerships, collaborations, pop-ups, launches, and scalable cultural platforms that increase relevance, engagement, and growth.
