Prepare semi-monthly/bi-weekly payrolls using Paycom, maintain payroll records, ensure federal/state and CA payroll compliance, process garnishments, reconcile accruals, prepare payroll journal entries and reports, train staff on timekeeping, support audits, and manage benefits premium schedules.

Support SVP of Philanthropy by managing donor data and fundraising databases, processing gifts and acknowledgments, producing reports, conducting prospect research, and providing logistics and budget support for fundraising events. Maintain data integrity, assist with mailings and communications, and support Moves Management to cultivate and steward donors.

Manage grant/contract budgets, invoicing, collections, budget tracking and modifications. Prepare invoices, accruals, reconciliations, and compliance reports; support audits; maintain contract records and improve grant accounting processes while collaborating with program directors and accounting staff.

Oversee Adult and Dislocated Worker programs at West Los Angeles AJCC, ensure contract compliance and performance, supervise Skills Development and Welcome teams, manage budgets and CalJOBS reporting, build employer and community partnerships, deliver workshops and training pathways, handle hiring and staff development, and complete CWDP certification within specified timeframes. Requires flexible hours, travel, and reliable transportation.
