Build and operate AI-native applications and agentic systems end to end, from stakeholder discovery and prototyping through deployment, adoption, and ongoing iteration. Design retrieval, context, tool integrations, orchestration, evaluation, observability, and cost controls. Develop scalable event-driven systems, collaborate with platform and product teams, document solutions, train users, and mentor less experienced engineers.

Manage onboarding for fund administration clients, including fund accounting and reporting setup, client implementation relationships, data reconciliation, workspace configuration, and quality control. Lead cross-functional onboarding projects, provide technical accounting expertise, improve workflows, and identify product enhancements. The role also includes people management, customer data migration, system implementation, and supporting complex private equity, venture capital, and real estate fund structures.

Leads program management across the engineering organization, including complex enterprise implementations and client-facing delivery. Builds and manages a team of program managers, establishes PMO governance and reporting standards, drives executive communication, and oversees strategic initiatives, risks, roadmaps, and resource planning. The role remains hands-on with high-stakes programs and develops AI-powered workflows and tooling for scalable program tracking and reporting.
