Freelance Director will direct on-set debate and discussion formats, ideate creative improvements, plan and coordinate production (casting, scheduling, resources), prepare cast, provide notes for post, and debrief with the team to optimize political and social video storytelling.

Lead Jubilee's Creative team to define and execute a strategic content vision across platforms. Develop and elevate shows, mentor creative leaders, use audience and YouTube analytics to guide programming, manage creative budgets and resource allocation, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize production, distribution, and revenue.

Lead strategy, business development, and execution for Jubilee & nectar branded content. Own full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to deal close, exceed sales targets, collaborate with Creative/Production/Marketing, and ensure smooth campaign execution and reporting.
