Proficiency with construction documentation, project logistics, budgeting, Microsoft Office, Procore, and Microsoft Project is required.

Serves as the primary client liaison, coordinates design teams and subcontractors, mentors project staff, oversees multiple or complex projects, and drives resolution of financial, contractual, and delivery issues in partnership with field and executive leadership.
