The Assistant Project Manager manages project change orders, subcontractor coordination, and documentation while supporting project financial close-out and maintaining communication with stakeholders.

The Project Manager oversees project activities, coordinates schedules, manages budgets, and ensures project success by leading teams and communicating with clients.

Develop and maintain marketing and business development materials including tailored client presentations, RFP qualification materials, resumes, case studies, brochures, and project narratives. Support digital marketing, social media, newsletters, and brand consistency. Manage templates, project experience databases, bios, and provide day-to-day support to business development teams while contributing to internal communications and employee engagement. Occasional travel to NYC HQ required.
