Territory Manager responsible for selling Shockwave Medical’s cardiovascular devices across the Los Angeles/Inland Empire territory. Duties include prospecting, managing hospital and physician relationships, conducting consultative sales, educating customers, supporting catheter-lab procedures, providing case coverage, achieving revenue quotas, and maintaining compliance with FDA, medical device, quality, and ethics standards.

Leads and develops a regional medical device sales team across Greater Southern California. Responsibilities include revenue forecasting, sales strategy, quota attainment, pipeline management, recruiting, coaching, sales training, market development, and collaboration with Marketing and R&D to commercialize new products. The role manages sales performance, resolves escalated issues, and drives growth within an assigned territory while traveling up to 50% or more as needed.
