Sells Johnson Controls Security products and services to commercial customers within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, developing new business, expanding existing accounts, renewing agreements, managing sales territories, processing work orders, and conducting post-installation customer follow-up to support satisfaction and retention.

Participate in a six-month technical sales training program focused on Johnson Controls security equipment, services, and building solutions. Support proposals and sales opportunities, develop relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners, present technical solutions, and collaborate with sales and operations teams. The role includes mentorship, classroom instruction, hands-on experience, and customer interactions to prepare candidates for a technical sales career.
