Prepares, reviews, and submits telecommunications regulatory compliance filings to the FCC, state public utility commissions, and other agencies. Coordinates with telecom clients to collect reporting information, analyzes financial and operational data, ensures accurate and timely submissions, and monitors regulatory changes. The role requires strong accounting, telecommunications compliance, utility regulation, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.

Monitor customer network infrastructure, respond to alarms, manage trouble tickets, perform initial connectivity troubleshooting, and escalate complex incidents. Communicate with customers and internal teams, maintain knowledge-base documentation, improve SOPs, mentor junior analysts, and participate in an on-call rotation. The role requires networking fundamentals, technical support experience, familiarity with monitoring and ticketing systems, strong communication, and careful adherence to procedures.

Lead senior-level consulting engagements for broadband and telecommunications clients, advising C-level executives on organizational design, process improvement, operational transformation, and strategy. Manage multi-disciplinary projects from assessment through implementation, develop performance metrics and governance, drive business development, and mentor consultants to deliver measurable client outcomes.

Consult with broadband and telecom clients to analyze business processes, recommend improvements, lead cross-functional projects, develop presentations and workshops, and manage client relationships while supporting up to 20% travel.

Lead JSI's grants and post-award compliance practice for broadband funding (BEAD, ARPA), set methodology and quality standards under 2 CFR 200, manage audits and agency inquiries, own revenue and BD pipeline, hire and lead a distributed team, integrate operations across combined organizations, mitigate compliance risks, and personally deliver client advisory and billable work while driving process improvement and automation.
