Designs end-to-end product experiences for Samsung TV Plus across TV and mobile platforms. Responsibilities include translating requirements and user insights into interaction models, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, motion design, and production-ready specifications. The role contributes to Samsung’s design system, delivers implementation assets, and collaborates with product managers, engineers, and researchers. Experience with consumer-facing products, large-screen platforms, Figma, and prototyping is required or preferred.

Coordinates logistics operations by monitoring operational and financial metrics, investigating forecast discrepancies and claims, analyzing root causes, preparing reports, and communicating with vendors to recover valid claims. The role requires supply chain knowledge, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, SAP/WMS/ERP experience, strong analytical and communication abilities, and collaboration across teams.
