Process and review payroll in Paycom for accuracy and compliance, analyze and reconcile payroll data and GL accounts, resolve discrepancies and employee inquiries, prepare payroll tax filings, support audits, collaborate with HR/Finance, assist with system configurations and generate payroll reports and insights.

Lead and optimize production schedules using SAP PP and MES to meet demand, maximize resource utilization, and ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate cross-functional scheduling meetings, monitor shop-floor performance, release/manage production orders, identify and mitigate bottlenecks, support S&OP, drive continuous improvement, and mentor junior schedulers.

Coordinate production schedules between corporate, plants, and sales; maintain production systems and inventory masters; generate and distribute standard and ad hoc reports; manage tooling transfers, interplant orders, audits, and administrative support for the Production department.
