Responsibilities include lifecycle marketing, promotions, paid media, creative operations, site and SEO updates, Jira requirements, business cases, P&L inputs, and weekly performance reporting. The role coordinates engineering, customer service, designers, agencies, and vendors without direct authority, using AI tools to accelerate execution while validating claims, pricing, links, and metrics.

Runs the President and COO’s executive office, managing calendars, travel, meetings, expenses, sensitive information, and leadership follow-through. Builds AI-driven workflows, verifies machine-generated outputs, maintains recurring reports, and supports cross-functional operational projects. Coordinates onboarding, offboarding, recruiting logistics, headcount tracking, and finance-adjacent people operations. Works hybrid from Irvine with occasional travel and flexible hours as needed.

Lead the development and orchestration of AI coding agents in a fast-paced environment, delivering end-to-end e-commerce features and maintaining production systems.
