Manage day-to-day people operations across onboarding, offboarding, employee files, benefits, compliance, HR documentation, and employee support. Research employment requirements, draft policies, maintain HR records, and partner with managers and HR colleagues. Support engagement initiatives and improve scalable HR processes using automation and AI tools. The role requires independent judgment, confidentiality, strong communication, and hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle.

Manage and grow strategic partnerships by nurturing partner relationships, developing business plans and OKRs, identifying new opportunities, negotiating mutually beneficial deals, analyzing performance data, and resolving operational issues. Collaborate with product, operations, data, and sales teams to develop scalable partner solutions and drive business growth. The role reports to the VP of Partnerships and requires strong communication, analytical, project management, and execution skills.

Own the analytical function for a business unit across growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships. Define business problems and metrics, build reports, conduct analyses and experiments, generate insights, and drive decisions through execution. The role requires independently structuring data, solving ambiguous problems, communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders, and influencing outcomes across product, growth, finance, and operations.
