Responsibilities include wildfire behavior and smoke modeling, GIS and geospatial analysis, environmental assessments, hazard and vulnerability evaluations, mitigation planning, post-fire investigations, code reviews, technical reporting, client outreach, project management, service-line development, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires deep wildfire expertise, leadership, commercial acumen, and experience managing multidisciplinary projects.

Develops new business opportunities and manages existing client relationships for fire and life safety and process safety services. Responsibilities include lead generation, outbound calls, client communications, proposal coordination, cross-selling, account retention, pipeline and renewal tracking, and supporting sales growth initiatives. The role requires collaboration with technical, marketing, operations, and business development teams while maintaining accurate sales data and meeting sales targets.

Owns full-cycle recruiting for specialized engineering and technical roles across the South region. Develops sourcing strategies, maps talent markets, engages passive candidates, conducts qualification conversations, coordinates interviews, supports offers, and builds pipelines. Partners with hiring leaders, tracks recruiting metrics in Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, provides market insights, and participates in university recruiting and career fairs.
