Identify time and cost inefficiencies, propose and drive implementation of optimization plans, and develop cross-departmental standards and execution mechanisms.

Lead and optimize last-mile delivery operations across 10+ warehouses, manage national and regional carrier partnerships, monitor carrier performance and KPIs, plan capacity and peak readiness, build dashboards and reports, drive continuous improvement, support WMS/TMS/ERP implementations, and lead a cross-functional operations team to scale 3PL last-mile execution.
