Teams at JDC (The Joint)

The Senior Development Officer will represent JDC in the San Francisco Bay Area, managing and expanding a portfolio of individual, foundation, and corporate donors. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, cultivating donor and federation relationships, securing major gifts, planning donor engagement events, delivering briefings, meeting fundraising goals, and collaborating across the organization. The role is remote but requires regular local travel, 8–10 domestic trips, and 1–3 international trips annually.
