Lead in-product customer experience to drive onboarding, feature adoption, engagement, and retention. Design and execute onboarding flows, tours, tooltips, checklists, announcements, and contextual education. Use product telemetry and customer feedback to identify friction, define success metrics, run experiments, and partner with Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Customer Success from discovery through launch and iteration.

The role involves owning and evolving Django API routes, building backend systems, improving system performance and reliability, and collaborating cross-functionally to support internal tools and workflows.

Serve as the bridge between customers, revenue, and product: lead strategic product demos, support technical discovery and solution design, capture and synthesize customer feedback, influence roadmap and product strategy, enable sales and customer teams, and provide market and competitive insights to improve Jamloops advertising platform adoption and product-market fit.
