Supports fabrication operations from quotation through production and delivery. Responsibilities include completing takeoffs and quotes, creating and reconciling manufacturing bills of materials, forecasting, ordering materials, obtaining supplier quotes, preparing documentation, managing quality control, reporting costs, maintaining equipment, and developing operational procedures and training. The role requires collaboration across sites and oversight of fabrication processes.

Manage procurement for capital construction projects, including supplier sourcing, prequalification, contract negotiation, vendor management, purchase order tracking, delivery monitoring, budget control, and quality assurance. Collaborate with engineering teams to fulfill project requirements, resolve ordering issues, improve procurement processes, and maintain strong supplier relationships. The role is remote from La Mirada, California, with occasional travel for vendor and customer meetings.

Coordinates billing-related project activities after purchase orders are secured. Supports project managers by tracking deliverables, orders, engineering queues, deadlines, sales orders, material releases, vendors, and billing status in Nexus. Collaborates with project management, engineering, vibration isolation, administrative, and sales teams. Identifies client opportunities affecting billing and applies knowledge of supported products to projects.
