Prepare and modify construction drawings and BIM models for MEP and seismic bracing systems using Revit and AutoCAD. Support coordination, QA reviews, documentation, and cross-team communication for commercial projects.

Design engineer responsible for preparing custom engineering packages, seismic bracing layouts, and detailed drawings. Support Engineering and Sales teams by producing submittals, 3D modeling/coordination, quoting, project file management, and code-based design (ASCE-7, IBC, UFC). Communicate with PMs, sales, and clients and maintain billing records and documentation.

Design, implement, and maintain AI-driven workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate and approved AI tools. Discover and document business processes, translate needs into requirements, coordinate custom NEXUS development with software teams, deliver training and documentation, monitor adoption and performance, and ensure Responsible AI and compliance practices across ISAT, CEAS, and Tomarco business units.

Support fabrication operations from quoting through production: perform takeoffs, develop quotes, create and reconcile manufacturing bills of material (BOMs), order materials, obtain supplier quotes, prepare paperwork and labels, produce daily forecasts and monthly BOM reports, ensure QC and cost accounting, train staff, and support equipment maintenance and process documentation.

Provide administrative and operational support to the procurement team: create and track purchase orders, manage vendor onboarding and communications, maintain procurement records and contracts, assist with budget tracking and reporting, coordinate with engineering/project teams, support inventory/material tracking, and help identify process improvements.

Serve as the front‑desk ambassador providing multi-line phone support, mail and shipping handling, administrative assistance to Directors and Executive Assistant, document preparation, data entry, filing, and general office support in a fast-paced construction/engineering office.

Perform ASME B31 pipe stress analyses (hand calculations and software), design pipe supports/restraints, coordinate in 3D (Revit/AutoCAD), develop installation details, estimate scopes/costs, and interface with clients and reviewers.
