Teams at Iron Mountain

Manage daily imaging operations, optimize workflow and capacity planning, maintain imaging equipment and DR processes, support and train staff, coordinate chain-of-custody/security, and represent the branch on DMS operations and implementation calls.

Provides Level 3 technical support for enterprise digital applications across cloud and on-premises environments. Leads complex incident resolution, root cause analysis, monitoring, diagnostics, and customer communication. Collaborates with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Sales teams to improve application stability, onboard clients, automate processes, and manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Requires participation in shift and on-call rotations.

Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations, overseeing inbound and outbound shipments, inventory organization, productivity, quality, compliance, and KPI performance. Train and mentor employees, support positive employee relations, escalate issues, prepare operational reports, and adjust strategies to meet production goals. The role requires warehouse leadership experience, WMS knowledge, physical lifting, and frequent movement in a logistics center.
