Teams at Iron Mountain

Performs photographic media inspection, restoration, remediation, digitization, and digital asset tracking in a studio environment. Maintains archive standards, inventory accuracy, file structures, and database records while collaborating with studio professionals, business teams, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality media projects under deadlines.

Manage daily imaging operations, optimize workflow and capacity planning, maintain imaging equipment and DR processes, support and train staff, coordinate chain-of-custody/security, and represent the branch on DMS operations and implementation calls.

Perform high-quality document preparation and image scanning to meet daily production goals. Maintain record order, follow Imaging Center procedures, complete required documentation, and communicate with team and management.
